Since the mid-1990s, I had pursued my passion for health and well-being as a health & fitness coach, personal trainer, and fitness class teacher across Essex and London. Over the years, I've expanded my expertise to a wholesome holistic approach, with authenticity and a big heart for nurturing the body & mind from almost every layer... cellular, muscular, energetically and spiritually, assessing each client and adapting treatment & coaching approaches, understanding that everyone is an individual with slightly different needs.
I have led corporate well-being days in the City of London and Essex giving insight to self care and productivity. My clients have ranged from professional sports personalities, celebrities and music artists to paralysis, quadriplegia, rta's, oncology, brain tumors, pregnancy and more, welcoming the vast uniqueness to each individual and helping to improve on each persons health with care and attention. During the pandemic I had an opportunity to write and present two well-being series on Sky TV based on exercise & fitness and meditation practice for more inner peace and well-being for all during that challenging period. Also through the many years I've happily been involved with many celebrity charity boxing and sporting events, raising funds for numerous children's charities and am looking forward to 2024's next charity event coming up soon. In recent years I had the privilege to play a key role spending the summer in South America aiding in charitable work for children and vulnerable people which was hugely insightful and a grateful experience. I love working within my local community but am also known to spread my wings further afield having often flown overseas to assist in client support and healing when the occasion calls. My commitment to continuous learning and enhancing on well-being overall for all, shapes the foundation of Corine Body Therapy's holistic approach.

So sometimes stepping back and doing some deep self reflection, maybe even journaling can reveal so much for positive changes of well-being, realisations and progression moving forward.
Life can be like one long, revealing & amazing learning journey. We are all students in life experiencing so much as we grow. Age is never an excuse to not improve! It's our responsibility to take care of ourselves as best we can and in turn nurture our loved ones to our best capabilities giving them our best versions of ourselves.
