Corine utilises a variety of tailored holistic therapies and methods, such as - massage therapies, coaching programmes, tai chi, meditation, qi gong, energy healing, sound vibration healing and physical fitness and mobility.
Her style is aimed at the whole you - nurturing of body, mind and spirit. Implementing care and influencing more self-care into lifestyles, she is a strong advocate for empowering individuals who want to take the first step and beyond to achieve healthier physical improvements and overall well-being elevation that incorporate better daily habit changes.
Corine has also enjoyed a lengthy span of charitable work across the U.K., Europe and South America, demonstrating her deep commitment to compassion and strong values. During the pandemic, she created and hosted a 13-week well-being meditation series and co-wrote and hosted a 6-week fitness series aired on Sky TV, helping to support the community during these times.
